What is Involved
ProAir Systems install highly efficient heat recovery ventilation (HRV) systems in residential and small commercial applications throughout Ireland and beyond.
The system operates on a continuous supply & extract basis and in the residential situation, changes the air in the building
10 to 12 times per day. Extract points are located in wet areas such as: Kitchen, Utility, WC & Bathrooms / Showerooms.
Supply points are located in the habitable rooms such as: Dining Area, Living Area and Bedrooms.
The HRV system is designed to operate continuously at a low rate to minimise the electrical energy consumption. At ProAir, we design the system to match your application, such that the required ventilation level is maintained at low speed but always having a reserve capacity available to deal with Occasaional high demand situations.
Little or no advance planning is required to incorporate a HRV system ino your build. The ducts which are of a rigid type come in various shapes and can be run in the service space between ceiling and underneath the concrete floor or through partitions and floors from the unit position (usually in the attic in Ireland) to supply and extract points. These supply and extract positions are carefully selected by our design team, such that your system wont be seen, heard or felt. You will only feel the effects.
Our trained and experienced installation teams strategically located
around the country will take you through the process from system
planning to commissioning and maintenance.
Operating & maintenance instructions for the system will be provided
on commissioning of the system.
